Learn what are the requirements to setup the website.

Domain

Domain is the url name via which software can be accessed e.g. https://yourcompanyname.co.uk/eto/ It is needed for any website or cloud based software to work. The process of purchase takes few minutes and cost about £20 for first two years. We recommend to purchase from ionos company.

Web Hosting

Because the website is the face of your business, we strongly recommend to take extra precautions to ensure it is secure, well maintain and backup system is in place. You have following options:

– Use your existing hosting. Operating Linux and PHP v7.1 – v7.3 is required.
– Purchase it from a company we recommend – purchase PRO package with Linux operating system form ionos company.

Would like to use EasyTaxiOffice help? Not a problem, just remember this will incur a setup fee of £30.

Let’s get information ready

Domain
Login details (Login window, Username and Password) to domain account.

Hosting
Login details (Login window, Username and Password) to the hosting account.

Optionally you can send the limited access to:

– 1 x MySQL database (Hostname, Username, Password, Database name)

– FTP access (Hostname, Username, Password)

Information is ready, what’s next?
Please ensure all hosting requirements have been met, domain and hosting accounts login details are correct. The setup will take up to 3 business days. Failing to provide correct details will cause delays.

The access data must be sent in a text format. Pictures, screenshots, forwarded emails or invitations to hosting accounts will not be accepted.
