Software upgrade failed, what to do?

If you see this error message “Be right back!” or “The software update process has not been completed” after performing the software upgrade that means the upgrade process has failed. This might happen when you stop the upgrade before it is fully completed, loose internet connection or there is some issue with your hosting/server configuration. If this is the case then the only way to unlock the software is to delete the file “down” located in this path “/your_software_root_folder/storage/framework/”. To delete that file you can use any FTP client software e.g. FileZilla. When this file has been deleted you should be able to access the admin panel again. Once you managed to regain the access please navigate to Subscription tab and click the Upgrade button, if the upgrade fails again please contact our support team for further help.

In case the upgrade stops at some point and you see this error message “The software update process has not been completed” please make sure your server meets all software minimum requirements. To check which options need to be enabled on your server please navigate to Settings -> Debug tab and make sure all of them are displayed in green colour.
