Notification setup

To fully test communication between costumer, driver and admin please fallow this guide.

 

Email and App-instant notification:

  • Admin – we have set company email address to the one you have provided. You can change it by login to software -> go to “Settings” -> tab “General” -> enter new email in “Company email” field -> scroll down and click “Save” button.
  • Driver – please setup a driver account by login in to software – > go to “Users” – tab “Drivers” – “Add New”. To test Driver App instant notification – go to Settings -> Mobile Apps -> follow instruction.
  • Customer – please setup a customer account by login in to software – > go to “Users” – tab “Customers” – “Add New”. To test Customer App instant notification – go to Settings -> Mobile Apps -> follow instruction.

 

SMS notification

Want to test how SMS system works? At current version there are two choices:

  • Connect your company phone via an app (Android phone only) allowing for tapping into your phone sms system with no additional costs. Please check this tutorial how to do so.
  • Connect via TextLocal, a company processing sms payment on your behalf. Please go to Settings -> Integration so check how to do so.

 

Want to choose which notification your customer, driver and admin will receive?

  • You can set which emails, sms or instant will be receive in Settings -> Notification tab -> click Save button.
