Getting started

This article describes what is required for your company to start using the EasyTaxiOffice software. Each step is necessary so please read it carefully.

Company details

Setting your company’s details correctly is very important. Information like the company’s name, address, email address and phone number affect all communication. To set it up go Settings -> General tab -> and when you finish, scroll down and click Save.


Google API keys

Setting the API keys is a must for address and location searches to be working. To learn how to do it, read this guide.


Pricing setup

This needs to be set up for the customers and admin to get instant pricing. It is a necessary step if you want to allow your customer to use Web Booking. To learn how to do it, check our guide.


Driver App

All details regarding how to set it up, can be found in the software. Go to Admin Dashboard -> Settings -> Mobile Apps tab, Driver App section.


Payment Methods

You also need to specify which type of payment methods you will accept (Cash, Stripe, PayPal etc.)
